Items ordered before 3pm will be despatched the same day

UK orders over £20 get free standard shipping (4-7 days) but you can select the Expedited Shipping (1 -2 Days) option for faster processing and postage – all orders below £20 are charged shipping 3 -5-day shipping.

Payments will show as “Vimtree” which is our payment processor through Paypal.

Returns Policy.

You may return unwanted goods for an unconditional and full refund within 14 days*. Please bear in mind that the goods are not supplied on a trial basis and it is your responsibility to check their suitability for purpose prior to ordering and the item must be unopened and unused. If you wish to return goods you must contact us in writing or in another durable medium such as e-mail within 14 days after the day of the delivery of your order so we can process the return.

*You must return the item(s) within 7 working days of requesting a return, in a new and unused condition in the original packaging. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken.
